YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD TO USE THIS SITE OR PURCHASE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES.
By using this Site, you affirm that you are of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction (21 years of age or older in the U.S.). If you are not, please do not use this Site.

Sale of Alcoholic Beverages

Bent Dime Winery only sells and ships alcoholic beverages to persons who are at least 21 years old. By placing an order through our Site, you represent and affirm that:

2. The person receiving the shipment is at least 21 years old.
   
   
3. Any alcohol purchased is intended for personal consumption and not for resale.
   
   
4. You are providing a valid California shipping address where the direct shipment of wine is legally permitted.
   
   

Orders with delivery addresses outside California will be automatically cancelled and refunded in full.

Bent Dime Winery relies on these representations. If they are found to be untrue, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bent Dime Winery and its affiliates from any resulting claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees).

All orders are subject to acceptance, product availability, and compliance with applicable laws. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

Shipping and Delivery

Bent Dime Winery ships exclusively within California and only to addresses where the direct shipment of wine is legally permitted.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes, freight forwarders, or any addresses outside California. All deliveries require the signature of an adult (21+) with valid government-issued identification at the time of delivery.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before submitting your order. Once an order has shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been processed. While we aim to fulfill all orders within 1–3 business days, delays may occur due to carrier schedules, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Returns and Refunds

We take pride in the quality of our products. However, due to alcohol shipping regulations, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages once they have left our facility, unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival.

Packaging and Product Variation

We make every effort to ensure that the product images and descriptions on our Site accurately reflect what you will receive. However, minor variations in label design, bottle color, or packaging may occur due to updates from our suppliers. These differences do not affect the quality or authenticity of the product.

Product Protection and Delivery Claims

All Bent Dime Winery shipments are packed securely to prevent breakage. In the rare event of damage during transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the issue. We will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or partial refund.

Please note:

• Damage to outer packaging or cosmetic imperfections on labels/boxes are not covered.
  
  
• Leakage from handmade or artisanal containers (if applicable) is not covered under our protection policy.
  
  

No Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The Site and all related content, materials, and services are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Bent Dime Winery does not guarantee that the Site will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. Your use of the Site is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bent Dime Winery, its owners, affiliates, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our Site or products.
