Bent Dime Winery was born from a deep-rooted passion for wine, cocktail culture, and the art of traditional liqueur-making. Faced with the limitations of the American licensing system, we began experimenting with wine as a base to create cocktail ingredients for beer-and-wine establishments. Early trials included infusing and aging both wine and sake — until the breakthrough came: a smooth, aromatic, and flavorful wine-based limoncello.

With the recipe perfected, Bent Dime Winery officially took shape through the collaboration of Enrico Zampieri and Les Wright. In February 2024, our first commercial batch of Lemoncello was released to the market. The enthusiastic response gave us the energy to keep innovating, and soon after, Orancello was born.

Today, we proudly serve customers across California — from Sonoma Valley to Los Angeles — helping restaurateurs overcome licensing limitations and bring the spirit of aperitivo culture to their guests.
