In the product page we need to add a California proposition 65 Warning. This must go in the product page visible before “add to cart”.

Return Policy

Wine products:

We take pride in the quality of our products. However, due to alcohol shipping regulations, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages once they have left our facility, unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival.

All Bent Dime Winery shipments are packed securely to prevent breakage. In the rare event of damage during transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the issue. We will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or partial refund.

Please note:

• Damage to outer packaging or cosmetic imperfections on labels/boxes are not covered.
  
  
• Leakage from handmade or artisanal containers (if applicable) is not covered under our protection policy.

Merchandise:

Merchandise items (such as apparel, accessories, or glassware) may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

To initiate a return, email support@bentdimewinery.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions and a return shipping address.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase alcoholic beverages from Bent Dime Winery. By placing an order, you affirm that both you and the recipient are at least 21 years old.
All shipments require the signature of an adult (21+) upon delivery. Carriers will not leave packages unattended.

Shipping Area

Bent Dime Winery currently ships to California addresses only in accordance with state alcohol shipping laws.
Orders placed for delivery outside of California won’t be accepted / will be canceled and refunded.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
You will receive an order confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking number once it ships.
Processing times may be delayed during periods of high order volume, severe weather, or carrier restrictions.
